M.A. in Education with a concentration in Instructional Design & Educational Technology
Academic Honors: Phi Kappa Phi & Phi Lambda Theta

While earning my Master's degree in Education from the Department of Educational Technology at SDSU, I was fortunate enough to study under some of the brightest and most innovative minds in the field of education. I discovered the many benefits and possibilities of exploratory WebQuests and educational gaming under Bernie Dodge, Ph.D. Under the guidance of the department chair, Marcie Bober, Ph.D., during an internship with the San Diego Miramar Community College I learned how to effectively survey and evaluate instructional opportunities to ensure result driven solutions. During my many courses with Allison Rossett, Ed.D., I polished my instructional design skills and learned how to approach virtually any instructional challenge and deliver effective solutions.

B.A. in History with a Minor in Economics

My primary focus in history as an undergrad was in European History. The study of ancient Greece first pulled me into the subject, but soon I was eager to learn about every aspect of history that I could. My passion for history continues to this day.
